Just found this today, this was from Reddit's sugarlifestyleforum and it's a survey of what sugar babies usually get as an allowance. I've attached a screenshot of part of the Toronto results. The $250-$500 range people here seem to mention is pretty much on par.

Of course, this is all self-reported/self-selected, but seems to me broadly in-line with what I think most of us think the situation is like.

This definitely seems accurate. Its interesting the variations on rate depending on things like age, marital status, daddy's race and baby's race.
