Do BBFS providers imply creampie included or just no cover??

Maybe this is an stupid question but I can't seem to find the answer, and in this forum I bet most know. I see some Korean agencies offering the extra 'Special Service $200' for Japanese providers. Does this mean you may have to pay even more to creampie rather than pull out? Or is it generally known that a provider offering bbf, or 'special services' includes creampie?

Looking at a few sites like azn747 it seems like it's usually included in the $200. Other providers seem to charge $100 for just regular bbfs, and another $100 for creampie.

Japanese girls expect CIP. Korean girls depends - many prefer no CIP, but after a few visits I've CIP some.
