Just suddenly my foreskin is super tight. No sti, all checks are good. Maybe got a really rough bbbj and its inflammation and swollen.. does it heal by itself?

Lol just to be real bro for some reason when I first started seeing escorts 7 years ago, my already tighter than average foreskin got worse and worse to the point where I couldn't pull it down at all at the 2 year mark and had to get circumcised.

Sure yours can possibly heal by itself (or with the help of steroid cream) but I got circumcised and probably one of the best decisions I've made. Wayyyyyy easier to have sex and zero discomfort. The only cons though is that I finish very fast unless I control myself and it doesn't feel as good as it used to (foreskin has 20,000 nerve endings) but the lack of discomfort more than makes up for it.

It can be a non-STI, a skin issue or something. Your doc can prescribe an antibiotic or steroid cream, one or the other will resolve things pretty quick.

Better option than a full circumcision.
