Cialis + Alcohol - Side effects?

Hi everyone,
For those of you using Cialis (Tadafil), have you experienced any side effects when combining it with alcohol?
For example, if I want to have a few drinks in the hotel bar with an SB before going up the room, with the cialis already in my system

Sounds like it's fine as long as you don't drink too much, otherwise, you might experience "headache, dizziness, and fainting", - which kind of sounds like the usual effects of drinking excessively

Having just a glass of wine or other drink is unlikely to affect Cialis or cause any health risks. But if you take Cialis and drink excessively, you may be setting yourself up for some problems.
In particular, drinking too much alcohol while you take Cialis can lead to orthostatic hypotension. This can cause a headache, dizziness, and fainting, which can cause fractures or other injuries...
Orthostatic hypotension can be even more likely with Cialis than with some other erectile dysfunction drugs. This may be because Cialis stays in your system longer than many other ED drugs.

Lol - depending on how old you are and how much you drank - sometimes no amount of boner pills will do the trick

I accidentally had grapefruit with Cialis. Was looking for Limoncello but bought this https://www.sanpellegrino.com/news/grapefruit-1057. The cans looked similar.
Anyways was driving and had to pull over because my pupils were dialated and very sensitive to light and a boner that wouldn’t go down for hours.
Very scary.

If any of y'all have this problem with boner lasting too long on Cialis try this:
Stand up and squeeze your glutes (ass) and quads (front part of leg) and hamstrings (back part of leg) as much as you can. The blood will flow to those areas and away from your boner and it will subside.
If it doesn't and lasts for hours then go to the doctor because if you get blood clotting in there you can lose your dick.
