Excuse my newbie question, but where do I post my reviews for consideration to access the BBFS section? Do I PM one of the mods (blueman or red)? Or do I just post in the open forum? I have some bbfs providers that I have personally experienced recently. Thanks.

Just joined the forum and I have a (stupid) question. As a newcomer to the hobby, I only have a couple of bbfs reviews, but one would be a negative review as I wouldn’t repeat with her regardless of offering the service. Is that ok or do both reviews need to be positive? Thanks for the guidance!
